- The UAF STEM MBA is flexible and online to accommodate your schedule. It can be completed in as few as 12 months or can be taken at your own pace—most students complete the degree in two years, while continuing to work. Our advisor will work with you to ensure you receive credit for professional credentials or graduate coursework in your area of expertise. Students located in Fairbanks may take some in-person coursework to meet degree requirements based on student preference.
- The UAF STEM MBA is fully customizable. We offer suggested courses based on career interest, but students can work with their advisor to define their own path. Students may also transfer in credit from other STEM specialties within the UA system as appropriate.
